Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders for our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week leadership training program, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement within Panda Restaurant Group. This full-time role includes a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest needs.
• Provide leadership and ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in leadership training and development programs.
