Panda Express in California is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You’ll run a single store, hire, coach and direct teammates to hit financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide eight weeks of store leadership training and ongoing mentorship within our Panda community to support your success. The role requires flexibility, a Serv Safe certification, and willingness to relocate within 50 miles.

Competenze

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be able to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Serve Safe certified

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Provide leadership and ensure store readiness and customer satisfaction.
