Job summary

Panda Express is seeking seasoned leaders to join our store management team in California. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express location, hire and direct associates to achieve financial goals, and ensure an exceptional guest experience daily.

We offer an 8+ week leadership training program, mentorship, and ongoing support from our Panda community to help you grow. Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles and to work openings, closings, weekends, and holidays as business

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be able to relocate within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, supervise, and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Complete 8+ weeks of store leadership training program provided by the company.
