Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to run a single Panda Express store in California. You will hire, coach, and supervise associates to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The company offers an eight-week leadership training program to prepare you for success. You should be prepared to relocate up to 50 miles from home and work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and meet financial goals while ensuring guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve targets and uphold standards.
• Complete an eight-week (or longer) Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
