• Flexibility to work a store location within 50 miles of home.
• Must be able to work opening or closing shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety certified (Serve Safe) is required for the role.

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
