Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for Panda Express to lead a single store’s operations, drive guest satisfaction, and achieve financial goals.

You will hire and develop associates, manage daily workflows, and ensure food safety standards while delivering exceptional experiences. A formal 8+ week leadership training program is provided, with ongoing mentorship and support from the Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in a leadership training program to develop management skills.
