Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of a single Panda Restaurant Group store in Illinois. You will hire, train, and lead associates to meet financial targets and ensure outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and development through an 8+ week store leadership program.
• Lead the store team to meet performance targets and drive guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with corporate and store leadership to implement initiatives and maintain brand standards.
