Job summary

Panda Express, a Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. brand, is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We provide paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and strong support from our Panda community to help you succeed.

You will be in charge of a single store’s operation, including staff management, guest experience, and achieving financial goals. Training of 8+ weeks is provided to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and direct store associates; hire, train and manage staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for a successful store leadership path.
