Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We offer a Store Management Leadership Training program, mentorship, and strong support from our Panda community.

As a Store Manager, you’ll oversee the operation of a single Panda store, hire and coach team members, drive financial results, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Training extends over 8+ weeks to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, train, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead a store team to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.
