Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We provide paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from a Panda community that cares about your success.

You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates to meet financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. We offer 8+ weeks of leadership training to prepare you for long-term success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities
