Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team, offering paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community that cares about your success.

As a Store Manager, you’ll oversee a single Panda store, hire and guide associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Training of 8+ weeks will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in and complete an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
• Lead and uphold Panda standards to deliver outstanding guest experiences and drive store performance.
