Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week leadership training program, mentorship, and ongoing support from a dedicated Panda community to help you grow professionally and personally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and mentor the store team to success.
