Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Omaha, NE. You will oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing of associates, and achieving financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ weeks leadership training program and ongoing mentorship from the Panda community to support your professional growth and store success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare for success with an 8+ weeks of store leadership training program.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
