Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders for our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program and ongoing mentorship to support your professional development within Panda’s community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
