Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We will provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training to prepare you for success, with mentorship and support from our Panda community that cares about your career development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
