Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single store, hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ weeks leadership training program.
