The program includes 8+ weeks of Store Leadership Training and mentorship within a supportive Panda community nationwide. Flexibility to work varied shifts and relocation within 50 miles are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in 8+ weeks of Store Leadership Training program.
