Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express store. You will direct operations, hire and mentor associates, and drive financial and guest-satisfaction goals.

We offer an eight-week leadership training program and ongoing mentorship to help you grow within our family of stores. A flexible schedule and travel within 50 miles may be required to support our restaurant network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be able to relocate/move within 50 miles.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare for success.
