Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location. You will hire, supervise and coach staff to hit financial targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The company offers a robust development track, including an 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program, mentorship and a supportive Panda community to help you succeed. Flexible scheduling and mobility within 50 miles are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Own the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain store standards
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program and mentor new leaders
