Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the operations of a single Panda Express location. You will hire, coach, and direct team members to meet financial targets and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ weeks leadership training program, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow within our family of restaurants nationwide. Must be willing to relocate within 50 miles as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings and closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express location and drive financial performance.
• Hire, coach, and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
