Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes openings and closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and drive financial goals.
• Hire, train and supervise store associates to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Lead scheduling to ensure coverage for opening/closing, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Provide leadership training and participate in the leadership training program.
