Job summary

Panda Express seeks experienced leaders to join our store management team in Sahuarita, AZ. You’ll drive store operations, recruit and guide associates, and work toward a future General Manager role within Panda’s leadership pipeline.

You’ll receive extensive leadership training and mentorship to ensure your success. We provide 12+ weeks of leadership training, ongoing evaluations, and a pathway to GM certification (GO100).

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• External hires begin their Panda leadership journey as Store Managers as part of our General Manager development path. This role is designed to prepare you for success as a future General Manager while providing a strong foundation in Panda's operations, culture, and leadership expectations.
