Qualifications

• High school diploma required; flexibility to relocate up to 50 miles.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including openings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in Panda leadership development path and training to prepare for future GM role.
• Support continuous coaching and leadership development through the 12+ week training program.
