Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Sierra Vista, Arizona. As a Store Manager you’ll run a single Panda Express and guide a team to meet financial goals while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The role includes a leadership training program, mentorship, and a clear path toward General Manager. You’ll develop operations, culture, and guest service excellence with merit-based growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety certification (Serve Safe) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a single Panda Express store and drive financial goals.
• Hire, coach, and supervise associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead the team through Panda's leadership development path toward GM.
