Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. You will oversee a single Panda Express store, hire, mentor and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role starts with 12+ weeks of leadership training and a clear path toward General Manager certification (GO100). You will be supported by a comprehensive training program, benefits, and opportunities for growth within Panda Restaurant Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in leadership development and training to prepare for promotion to General Manager.
