Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda store, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and financial performance. You will hire, coach, and direct team members to achieve goals while upholding Panda’s standards and culture.

External hires start in the Store Manager role as part of the General Manager development path, with 12+ weeks of leadership training and a GM certification track for promotion upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serv Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead the route toward General Manager development with training and certification milestones.
