Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group Inc. is seeking experienced leaders for our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, coaching, and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

External hires begin their leadership journey as Store Managers on the GM development path, with 12+ weeks of leadership training and a GM certification (GO100) upon successful completion. Growth into General Manager is supported.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to relocate to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certification required.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards.
• Lead the Store Management leadership journey and complete required training for GM development path.
• Participate in 12+ weeks of leadership training and GM certification programs to progress toward General Manager.
