External hires join a leadership track with a 12+ week training program, ongoing evaluations, and a GM certification pathway that prepares you for future General Manager roles within a supportive Panda community.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma and be able to move within 50 miles.
• Flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• ServSafe food safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest expectations.
• Lead store leadership training and developmental pathways.
