The role is part of our General Manager development path with a structured leadership training program designed to prepare you for future advancement.

12+ weeks of training and ongoing evaluations lead toward GM certification and promotion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willing to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of a single Panda store and lead associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee hiring, training and performance management of staff.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and adherence to safety standards.
