Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager in the United States. You will oversee a single Panda Express store, leading associates to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role begins with leadership training and a clear path toward General Manager readiness within Panda’s development program.

External hires start as Store Managers on the GM development track. Expect 12+ weeks of training, evaluations, and certification (GM GO100) before potential

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single store, including hiring and directing of associates to meet financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Lead and develop store team to drive success and store performance.
• Participate in Panda leadership training and GM development path for future growth.
• Complete 12+ weeks of store leadership training and GM certification (GO100) for promotion to General Manager.
