Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location. You’ll hire, coach, and direct associates to hit financial targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role starts with our leadership training program and GM development path to prepare you for future opportunities. We provide 12+ weeks of leadership training, mentorship, and a strong Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead the store through Panda’s leadership development path to prepare for future GM roles.
