Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee a single Panda Express store, hire and supervise staff, and drive guest satisfaction while meeting financial goals.

External hires begin a leadership journey through a comprehensive 12+ week training program and a GM development path, with ongoing leadership development and education support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including staff direction and guest experiences.
• Hire, train, and manage associates to meet financial goals and service standards.
• Support the General Manager development path and participate in the leadership training program.
