Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Panda Express store, responsible for hiring, managing, and directing associates to hit financial targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will start in our leadership training track and work toward GM readiness through the GO100 certification and ongoing evaluations.

12+ weeks of store leadership training are provided; promotion to GM follows successful graduation of the GM certification course.

Qualifications

• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in a 12+ week leadership training program designed to prepare you for advancement to General Manager (GM).
• Collaborate with the Panda community to uphold company culture and leadership expectations.
