Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join the store management team. You will oversee a single Panda Express store, hire and manage staff, and drive financial and guest satisfaction goals.

This role is a stepping stone on a GM development path with structured leadership training. New hires start in Store Manager roles with a strong foundation in Panda's operations and culture, with ongoing training and promotion opportunities as you progress toward General Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety certification: Serve Safe.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store; hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in the leadership development path toward General Manager (GM) and GM certification.
• Receive 12+ weeks of store leadership training before advancement.
