Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to run daily store operations, lead a team, hire and coach associates, and drive toward financial targets while ensuring outstanding guest experiences.

The role is designed as part of our General Manager development path, with a structured leadership program and ongoing evaluations. New hires will undergo 12+ weeks of training, culminating in a GM certification (GO100) and potential promotion.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing staff, and achieving financial goals.
