Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You’ll oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role is part of Panda’s General Manager development path, with 12+ weeks of leadership training and opportunities for promotion after graduation from the GM certification course GO100.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in leadership development path with training and progression toward General Manager role.
• Support 12+ weeks of leadership training and complete required evaluations and GM certification to advance.
