Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be in charge of operating a single store, including hiring, coaching and directing associates to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Implement and monitor store policies to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
