You will participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program and relocate within 50 miles from home as needed. Flexibility to work openings, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Willing to relocate within 50 miles.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive and ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial goals.
• Complete an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
