Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location. You will hire, train, and direct team members to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As part of our 8+ weeks of leadership training, you will be prepared to manage operations, maintain Food Safety standards, and adapt to a fast-paced, guest‑driven environment across flexible opening/closing schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
