The role requires flexibility to relocate within 50 miles and to work a schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays. We emphasize development and a supportive Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store, hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
• Lead and develop store team through coaching and mentorship to ensure consistent performance.
