Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• ServSafe certification or food safety training required.

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
