Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in the Store Leadership Training program (8+ weeks) to develop leadership skills.
• Ensure adherence to Panda standards and drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
