Store Leadership Training

Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead with accountability and drive a culture of guest focus. An eight-week-plus Store Leadership Training program will prepare you for success, with mentorship and support from our Panda community that cares about your development

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store and will hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead the team to ensure operations run smoothly and guest satisfaction is top priority.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
