Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program, mentorship, and ongoing support from our Panda community to help you succeed in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop the store team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in and complete the 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.
