Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates to achieve financial goals and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

It's up to you to make your store a success. We provide 8 or more weeks of store leadership training and ongoing mentorship through our Panda community to support your success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and manage associates to meet financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain quality standards.
• Develop team through training and coaching.
• Prepare for and participate in leadership training during onboarding.
