Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, directing associates to meet financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store and supervise staff to achieve financial goals and provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to deliver guest satisfaction and store performance.
• Participate in an eight-week (or longer) Store Leadership training program to prepare for success.
