Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express store, drive financial performance, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. The role includes hiring, supervising staff, and executing daily operations with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

A comprehensive 8+ weeks leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success, with opportunities for growth within our expanding family of restaurants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in the 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to develop management skills.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and service while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.
