• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety certification (Serve Safe) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store and lead store associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to build management skills.
• Support hiring, coaching, and directing of staff to achieve smooth daily operations.
