Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the daily operation of a Panda Express location in Minnesota. You will hire, supervise and develop associates to meet financial goals while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

A leadership training program of 8+ weeks is provided to prepare you for success. Requires a high school diploma, willingness to relocate within 50 miles, and a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop the store team to meet Panda Express standards and financial targets.
• Participate in an eight or more week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
