Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Strong communication and adaptability to dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Provide 8+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare you for success.
• Lead ongoing career and leadership development for the team and seek opportunities for growth into management positions.
